Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement
    By booking a photography session with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  2. Payment
    A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photography session.

  3. Cancellation
    In the event that you need to cancel your photography session, please provide me with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the full amount of the session fee will be charged.

  4. Rescheduling
    If you need to reschedule your photography session, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.

  5. Copyright
    All photographs taken during the photography session remain the copyright of the photographer. You may use the photographs for personal use only and may not sell or reproduce them for commercial purposes without the written consent of the photographer.

  6. Model Release
    By booking a photography session with me, you give me permission to use your photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website, and marketing materials.

  7. Liability
    I will take all reasonable care to ensure that the photographs are of a high standard. However, I am not responsible for any loss or damage to property or injury during the photography session.

  8. Client Responsibilities
    You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are ready and available at the scheduled time. You are also responsible for ensuring that the location and any necessary permits are arranged and confirmed.

  9. Editing and Delivery
    I will edit and deliver the photographs within 5 days of the photography session. You will receive the photographs via an online gallery, and you will have the option to purchase prints or additional digital files at an additional cost.

  10. Acceptance
    By booking a photography session with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
